This shipping and handling policy sets out how this website processes and handles your order. The Store is committed to ensuring that your order is fulfilled and shipped with care. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock or discontinue at the time you place your order, we will notify you accordingly.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses (business or house) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Any shipments outside of Phnom Penh, Cambodia are not available at this time. 

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [2] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday (9am to 5pm).

Please note the time of delivery is subject to changes during public holidays and Sunday.   

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments. 

Delivery Attempts

We will attempt delivery maximum three times as per agreement made between us and the client (via phone call). For any fail attempt, the order will be returning to our warehouse and will be cancelled.  

Shipping Costs

We offer a free delivery for any order exceeding $10. For any order with the subtotal less than $10 will be subject to a flat shipping rate of $1.5

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page or through an email or phone call.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
